Eleuthero is known best as American ginseng. It is closely related to Chinese ginseng, Panax ginseng. They share a similar root structure. Eleuthero is also known as Siberian ginseng. Eleuthero, like its Chinese cousin, is an adaptogen which means it helps the body and mind cope in the presence of stress and fatigue.
